Brokies all day moodbar
Brokies all-day bar-restaurant has been, for over 10 years, a point of reference in the Kantza region. During renovation, the challenge was to create a new dynamic identity that would strengthen its recognizability, without affecting the sense of familiarity for existing customers.
The two previously separated interior spaces of the bar and the restaurant are now unified and in place of the dividing wall, a metal semi-circular booth for the DJ is formed to become a dominant element of the space. Different conditions are created in areas of the restaurant, with a long, monastery table and a rotonda for large groups in quieter areas, high tables in the centre of the space and stools on the marble counter of the bar. On the outside, an alcove is transformed into a private space, with a perimeter bench, leather seats and tables, metal arched ceiling and special lighting.
Green Veria marble has been chosen, defining the colour palette of the renovation. It is placed on the bar counter, the rotonda and the feature rhomboid wall surface above the monastery table. The green colour is also used on the ceiling, in a zone unifying mechanical installations with lighting, creating a horizon at a height of 3.60 above ground. Black colour prevails on metallic elements. Wood finishes alternate between oak and walnut. The lighting fixtures have green tinted glass and green marble details.
